MEDIUM ROASTS
Peru Norte – A light-medium roast with bright notes of of caramel, nuts and chocolate.
Hawaii Kona (12 oz black bag) – Back with a nutty, chocolate vibe and an ultra smooth finish. The state of Hawaii combines high volcanic elevation and a tropical climate leading to perfect coffee growing weather.
Haiti Blue Mtn (12 oz black bag) – Borrowed from Jamaica, the Blue Mountain strain adopted well to the mountains of Haiti that adds a brown sugar sweetness and a nice clean finish.
Guatemala Huehuetenango – A medium roast with notes of fudge, orange and walnut.
Mexico Chiapas – A medium roast with notes of caramel, peach and pecan.
Nicaragua Selva Negra – A medium roast with notes of caramel, milk chocolate and nuts.
Sumatra Gayoland – An earthy, syrupy wet-hulled bean with notes of chocolate and spice. Medium roast.

Costa Rica - Roasted on the dark side of medium, this bean has a caramel texture with hints of nuts and semi-sweet chocolate
Indonesia Flores - Roasted on the dark side of medium, this bean has deep dark cherry notes, with a hint of cocoa.
Bali Blue Krishna – A wet-hulled Indonesian bean roasted medium-dark with earthy chocolate and subtle fruit notes.

Tell Tale Dark – A smoky, Italian roasted Brazil with a bright Guatemala bean creates the perfect blend for chasing off the chill of a dark night.
Gunpowder Italian Roast – Our darkest roast is not for the faint of heart! Smoky and bold with low acidity.
