LIGHT ROASTS
Los Regalos Honey (12 oz) - Ronald and Noelia's farm sits at 1375 meters on the steep slopes of Las Nubes. A honey processed Catuai coffee from Matagalpa, Nicaragua, that has notes of papaya and plum with a nice floral aroma. 
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe – A natural processed, fruit-forward light roast with a blueberry aroma and citrus lime tasting notes.
Holiday Roast 2025 (Light) – The days are short, the chill air is nipping, and we need something hot for sipping. Try it once, try it twice to deem yourself naughty or nice. This light roasted Guatemalan microlot from Fredy Guarchaj has notes of citrus and chocolate.
Capital City Roast – A signature light roast, this bean brings on the caffeination. A floral Colombian bean makes up a majority of this blend while a natural processed Ethiopian bean brings in a bit of brightness.
Hippie Blend – Perfect at home, the market or the back of your VW Bus, this light-medium blend delivers balanced sweetness and a full-bodied finish.

MEDIUM ROASTS
Haiti Blue Mountain (12 oz) - A washed coffee that provides super clean chocolate notes with a sweet, brown sugar finish.
Colombia Tolima – A light-medium roast with notes of milk chocolate, berry and walnut.
Sumatra Gayo Mandheling – An earthy, wet-hulled processed bean, notes of dark cocoa with bright cherry, highlight this single origin bean.
Guatemala – A direct trade relationship from the Lake Atitlán region, APROCAFE is a collective of 55 producers, and their single origin specialty selection lot provides milk chocolate and orange citrus flavor notes.
1812 Espresso – A medium roasted espresso with a velvety texture and smooth creamy finish, these shots are perfect by the dawn’s early light.
Mexico Chiapas – A medium roast with notes of caramel, peach and pecan.
Nicaragua Selva Negra – A medium roast with notes of caramel, milk chocolate and nuts.
District Cold Brew – Developed for cold brew, this blend has notes of chocolate, caramel and hints of golden raisins.
Bali Blue Krishna – A wet-hulled Indonesian bean roasted medium-dark with earthy chocolate and subtle fruit notes.

DARK ROASTS
Monuments After Dark – This blend of darker roasted Central American varietals provides dark chocolate flavor notes.

Red and White Blend – This ode to the home team is a medium-dark Indonesian and South American blend with notes of chocolate and nuts.
Rock Creek Reserve – A post roast blend of South American beans and medium roasted beans from Mexico. This blend is full-bodied with earthy, chocolate notes.
Federal Reserve – Impossible to understand like the financial system for which it’s named, this ever evolving roast keeps you on your toes.
L’Enfant’s Blend – DC’s French roast, this blend highlights dark chocolate roast-y notes.
Royal Blue – Named for the original luxury liner that connected DC and New York, this smooth, bold blend is our most popular dark roast.
Mobtown Espresso – A dark, southern Italian-style espresso with smoky chocolate notes and nice crema.
Tell Tale Dark – A smoky, Italian roasted Brazil with a bright Colombian bean creates the perfect blend for chasing off the chill of a dark night.
Gunpowder Italian Roast – Our darkest roast is not for the faint of heart! Smoky and bold!

DECAFS (WATER PROCESSED)
Decaf Ethiopia Sidamo – Light-medium roasted decaf with notes of plum and raspberry jam.
Decaf Mayan – Light-medium roasted decaf with notes of citrus and chocolate.
Decaf Market Blend – Our medium-dark house blend decaf with a nice balance and subtle chocolate notes.
Decaf French – Dark roasted decaf with bittersweet chocolate notes.

*Single origin beans are washed, unless otherwise noted. Washed beans are generally more clean on the finish, while wet hulled beans are usually heavier on the palate, and natural process beans are the most fruity.
